Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can! Therefore, we would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

We are located in 8521 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento, 95826, California, United States of America.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order has been processed, please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent! 

(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

 

Defective Product?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, Golden Gate Eyewear. Will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
